Suneet Singal is a real estate developer and financier.  He is currently very active in project acquisition, deal structure, finance, and vendor and partner relationships.  Prior to becoming a developer, Mr. Singal spent over 9 years in various aspects of finance with a concentration in commercial real estate. He has worked in multiple capacities including project acquisition, negotiation, finance and project management.

Today Mr. Singal has real estate development projects in multi-family, independent and assisted living, commercial retail, mixed use, industrial, and other income producing asset types including mini-storage. In 2008, Mr. Singal successfully negotiated the acquisition of over a dozen commercial real estate projects throughout California.

Mr. Singal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with a concentration in Investments. He currently holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License and California Life and Health License.
