Suneet Singal is a commercial real estate developer and financier based out of California.  His company is fully integrated focusing on all aspects of finance and real estate development. His group is involved with acquisition of raw unentitled land, entitlement completion, build-out of infrastructure and vertical construction, and asset lease-up to stablization. 

His target development locations have been those of emerging markets that have strong job growth and population growth, where a particular asset type is in demand and where the government is pro-growth making it simpler to obtain entitlements, to reduce both entitlements risk (most importantly), but also to reduce market risk.  
 
Over the past 3 years, Mr. Suneet Singal has successfully negotiated the acquisitions of millions of dollars of residential and commercial real estate developments.  He has been instrumental in the acquisition and structure of multiple proposed multi-family development projects, independent and assisted living projects, significant commercial retail projects, self-storage projects, and a light industrial park under development, with more multi-family, assisted living, independent senior living, and other income producing assets under current negotiation.
